1. DEFINITIONS
The RECONMATIC project, herein referred to as “The project”, is a 48-month Research Innovation action (RIA) that addresses topic of the call HORIZON-CL4-2021-TWIN-TRANSITION-01-11. RECONMATIC represents a paradigm shift in C&D waste management, from the traditionally conservative approach of construction industry that is struggling to reach the target of high rate of waste recovery, to embracing readily available technologies and maximising the potential of the New European Green Deal. The technologies to be employed in this project (digital twin, blockchain-based applications, construction product routing, precision prefabrication, effective sorting through automation and robotics etc.) will be developed, described and demonstrated to a level of detail allowing to reach higher technological readiness levels (TRLs) and enable smooth and rapid adoption by all stakeholders
“Materials” refer to all information, content, data, documents (e.g. white papers, brochures, datasheets, FAQs, templates, press releases, etc.), downloads, files, text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, webcasts, publications, tools, resources, software, code, programs, applications and products made available or enabled via the Website.
The term “The Dissemination Leader”, otherwise stated as ‘us’ or ‘we’, refers to the owner and creator of the Website www.RECONMATIC.eu (hereinafter collectively referred to as this “Website”), in order to provide information to its users.
FUTURE NEEDS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LTD is the assigned Dissemination Leader of the Project, based on the EUROPEAN HEALTH AND DIGITAL EXECUTIVE AGENCY Grant Agreement (ID: 01058580). Based on this Grant Agreement, The Dissemination Leader is responsible for coordinating the dissemination activities related to the Project’s expected results, including the creation and management of the Website or any other Materials included therein.
The term ‘you’ refers to the visitor of our website.

These Website Terms and Conditions (these “Terms” or these “Website Terms and Conditions”) shall govern your use of this Website, including all pages within this Website.
